It’s only right I admit it — I got this one wrong. Completely wrong.
Looking back, I regret taunting everyone who tried to convert me —
the countless “I told you so’s” still echo in my head.

Thankfully… I can now drink the pain away.
I used to hate coconut water. (Shudders.) Called it a scam. Tasteless. Overhyped.
And to make matters worse, there are several social media receipts my ‘friends’ refuse to delete.
Who needs enemies?
But somewhere along this digital walk of shame, I found redemption — and for now, I walk that road alone.
Somewhere along the way… something changed.
The gym sessions that used to drain me? I’m finishing stronger.
The table tennis sessions that used to leave me exhausted? I’m recovering quicker.
Every rep, every rally, every forehand, every backhand — I’m not just surviving sessions anymore… I’m staying sharp from first point to last.
And honestly, all it took was switching to Vita Coco.
The electrolytes.
The antioxidants.
The anti-inflammatory benefits.
The glow up.
At this point, I might need a new scoreboard.
The “I told you so’s” still echo…
But I’m proud to say — I shudder a little less now.
Call it… post-coconut clarity.
